No picture today! I have clearly hit a fitness plateau. There could be a number of reasons for this...I have a hunch that perhaps I am not eating enough, which in turn has decreased my metabolic rate. I am also concerned that perhaps I am not doing enough to build muscle mass--which would also help my metabolic rate. So my mission is two fold--eat more often during the day and become even more vigilant in my food choices; and increase core exercise and other muscle-building exercises with minimal cardio (I'm going to vastly inrease cardio when I lose another 15 pounds--to avoid wear and tear on my joints).
